What HeyCovered provides
HeyCovered collects insurance requests to help connect consumers with insurance professionals. HeyCovered does not underwrite, issue, sell or bind insurance policies through this website. Information on the site is general educational information and is not personalized insurance, financial or legal advice.
Your request
Submit accurate information that you are authorized to share. You must be an adult in your jurisdiction to use the request service. Do not include medical records, government identification, payment details or other sensitive information in the free-text field.
No guarantee of a match or coverage
Submitting a request does not guarantee that an insurance professional will contact you, that a quote will be available, or that you qualify for a policy. Availability varies by country, province, state, insurance category and individual circumstances.
A submission is not an insurance application or binder and does not start, change or renew coverage. Coverage begins only when the insurance provider confirms it according to the policy terms. Do not cancel an existing policy based on a request submitted here.
Independent providers
Insurance professionals and providers are responsible for their advice, quotes, applications and policies. Review their credentials, privacy notices and policy documents before proceeding. Any insurance agreement is between you and the relevant provider.
Contact and consent
By submitting the form with the required consent checked, you authorize contact about your request and sharing your submitted details with matching insurance professionals as described in our Privacy Notice. Optional marketing consent is separate. There is no obligation to purchase insurance.
Using the website
Do not submit false or abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. We may limit or reject requests that appear fraudulent or harmful. We may change or interrupt the service, and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Updates
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
